Database Login is the place where you can view all the users allowed to access the system. There you can assign each persons right to access the company also. This page can view and edited by the Super User/Administrator Only. Database Login assigned users you can get from following path.

The Database Logins window displays a list of all the database logins that have been created in the current database. Users that have been given database logins must use database server authentication to access the current database.
In this window, you can create and delete database logins. From this window it is also possible to grant and edit the permissions that apply to a database login.
